Kenya Data Protection Act

Evolution Media Technology, developer and owner of the Yellow Bus Kenya application, processes personal data — including student, parent, driver, and van owner information — in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, No. 24 of 2019 ("the Act"). The Act gives effect to Article 31(c) and (d) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, and governs how personal data is collected, stored, processed, shared, and deleted in Kenya.

Complaints about how your personal data is handled can be lodged with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), the regulator established under the Act.
